Payment Options

Cash On Delivery (COD)

  • Select Cash on Delivery on the payment options.
  • Please double check your shipping address, as it may cause delay, returned orders or failed delivery.
  • Once order is confirmed and approved, it will be scheduled for pickup. Pickup is usually next working day.

    Bank Deposit / Online Transfer

    • Select Bank Deposit on the payment options.
    • Please deposit your payment to any of the following bank accounts:

      BPI Branch (or via BPI online banking)

      BDO Branch (or via BDO online banking)

      • Once payment has been made, please send us an e-mail at customer.care@albertoshoes.com.ph to confirm payment. Please include a picture or screenshot of your deposit slip or online payment.

      Credit Card (using PayPal)

      • Select PayPal on the payment options.
      • After clicking “Complete order”, you will be redirected to PayPal to complete your purchase securely.
      • If you do not have a PayPal account, click Pay with a Bank Account or Credit Card

        GCash

        • Select GCash on the payment options.
        • Tap on 'Pay QR' then tap 'Scan QR Code', or simply swipe left on the home page.
        • Align your phone's camera at the Alberto GCash QR code to scan it. Wait for the next page to load.
        • Enter the amount you have purchased in the Payment screen and tap 'Next'.
        • You will see your in-app receipt on the screen. An optional feature is the download button on the upper right hand side, which allows the receipt to be saved as a photo in your phone's gallery.
        • An SMS from 2882 will be sent to both the customer and merchant, serving as their SMS receipt.
